well they did. i woke up this morning to it dark and cold in our house. And i looked at my watched, and it said 6:25 am, so i got out of bed to get ready for seminary. i found Clint downstairs, and asked hom what the deal was, then went down into the basement to find mom, Tom and Haffner downt here talking around the fire. Father busted out the generator and we had a clock, furnace and the T.V. going on. But not too long after Haffner left, he called back and said that school was off. The phone in the basement is hooked directly to the telelphone line so we did have usage of the phone.
We turned on the radio and found out that something went down in Red River and that Gresham and its surrounding had no power. They said it was going to be about a 3 hour fix. But it came back on within an hour and a half. But lately school has been frigid. So it would take longer to heat it up, so we had no school today, and a snow storm is on its way. We arent suppose to get the dumping by us, but we do play Wild Rose tomorrow and they are suppose to get massive amounts of snow. So we'll probably not have a game tomorrow. but all is well here. We are warm and only seven days til good ole Christmas! :]
