On Tuesday night, I went over by one of my favorite cosmetologist's house. She is great and I love her haircuts. I had gotten a perm last fall before I went out to school. It was still going strong before it was chopped off. She had said that a perm wasn't supposed to last that long. But my hair always has a mind of its own. See below.
Now, here's the new cut. I was inspired by Hilarie Burton from One Tree Hill. Season 3 she has the cutest hair.
